State service of Ukraine for matters relating to food safety and consumer protection

Information system support of inspection activities and maintenance of registers created by Medirent company, represents a single centralized three-tier system, where users are specialists of the district, regional and central levels of the State service of Ukraine for matters relating to food safety and consumer protection.

 
The main tasks performed by information system support of inspection activities and the maintenance of registers:
 
- maintenance of registers:
  • market operators
  • capacity
  • operating permits
  • exporting
  • foreign facilities inspected 

 

- planning and inspections:

  • inspection planning
  • preparation and carrying out of inspections
  • registration and monitoring requirements based on the audit results
  • registration and monitoring protocols and regulations
  • suspension of power and suspension/cancellation of operating permits
  • introduction to law enforcement
  • maintenance of the register of complaints of enterprises
  • appeal against the inspection results
  • reporting on the current status of implementation of the plan of inspections
  • development of common statistical reports
  • holding meetings

 

- data exchange with the buffer results of laboratory studies

 

- keeping the register of authorized persons:

  • maintaining a register of authorized persons
